A bookkeeping relationship should be direct.
Bond Bookkeeping & Advisory is intentionally a one-person practice. When you call, text, or email, you reach me, and I’m also the person handling and reviewing your books.
Good financial information, without building an accounting department
Hi, I’m Alex Bond. I founded Bond Bookkeeping & Advisory to help small business owners get clarity from their numbers and confidence in their decisions.
My background includes more than 15 years of audit and financial-review experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and years of project leadership. I’m used to working through detailed financial records, spotting what doesn’t make sense, and turning that information into a clear conclusion.
I’m also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Intuit has certified me in QuickBooks Level 1 and Level 2, QuickBooks Online Payroll, and Intuit Enterprise Suite, so the software side of your books is handled with the same care as the numbers.
I bring that same discipline to small-business bookkeeping, but the relationship is simpler and more personal: accurate books, responsive communication, understandable reporting, and practical guidance when you need it.
I’m based in Mansfield and built the practice around businesses in Mansfield and the surrounding DFW area. Because the work lives in QuickBooks Online, I also work fully remotely with businesses anywhere in the world.

Clear, responsive, and practical
I’m not trying to make a local business feel like a corporate finance department. I want the bookkeeping process to be structured enough to be dependable, and simple enough that it doesn’t become another burden for the owner.
That means direct answers, reasonable deadlines, clear expectations, and financial reports explained in normal business language.
