I started Bond Bookkeeping & Advisory to give small business owners reliable books, clear financial information, and someone they can actually reach when they have a question.
I’ve spent more than 15 years in audit and financial review, working through detailed records and making sense of complex information. I bring that same care to every client’s books. No hand-offs, no rotating staff.

Good questions to ask a bookkeeper
Do I need to know which service I need?
No. Tell me what’s going on with your books and I’ll tell you what fits, including whether it’s something I do.
How is the monthly price set?
By the work your books require: transaction volume, number of accounts, the condition of the books, and how much ongoing support you want. Once the scope is clear, you get a fixed monthly fee. Monthly bookkeeping starts at $300.
My books are months behind. Can you still help?
Yes. Cleanup and catch-up projects start at $1,000 and are quoted up front after I review the condition and volume of the books. From there, we can move into a regular monthly routine.
Do you prepare taxes?
No. Tax preparation and tax advice stay with your CPA or tax preparer. I provide clean year-end books and reports and answer their bookkeeping questions. That coordination is included with ongoing bookkeeping.
Do you run payroll?
Payroll processing stays with your payroll provider. I reconcile payroll reports, entries, and related accounts so payroll is accurately reflected in your books.
What software do you use?
QuickBooks Online. I can set up a new file, reorganize an existing one, or train you and your staff to use it with confidence.
